Picture this: A Halloween treat for the library

Have your photo taken and help the Bloomsburg Library. On Friday, Oct. 26, from 5 to 7 pm Wow Factory Photography and Towne Camera will offer photos of those in costume or not. Pay $5 for a 5 by 7 and the proceeds go to the library.
