Is that an umbrella in your hand ...

Artist Michael Donovan will be in the Haas Gallery of Art this weekend assembling his sculptures. His exhibit, "Sustainable," will be on view Jan. 17 through Feb. 10. There will be a reception for Donovan on Thursday, Feb. 2 from noon to 2 p.m. and he will give a talk at 1:15 p.m.

The exhibit schedule for the spring semester is:
  • Erik Waterkotte — Feb. 17 to March 19. Reception: Wednesday, March 7, noon to  2 p.m. Artist Lecture at 1:15.
  • 2012 Juried Student Art Show  — March 30 to April 23. Reception: TBA
  • Senior Exit Show  — May 1 to May 12. Reception: Tuesday, May 1, 11a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Regular gallery hours are: Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday: noon to 2 p.m., closed Sunday. Check out Haas Gallery's Facebook page with photos of past exhibits.
